About DetailersEye

DetailersEye is booking and deposit software for UK mobile car detailers. I'm Prakash Mistry, and I build and run it.

Why I'm building it

Mobile detailing is booked in direct messages, agreed on WhatsApp and paid for by bank transfer, when it is paid for at all. The time spent answering “how much?”, chasing deposits and sorting out double bookings isn't billable, and it takes up a lot of the week. DetailersEye puts the booking, the deposit and the diary in one place, so a booking means the slot is held.

I'm working with a small group of founding detailers to shape it, and I read every piece of feedback. If something is confusing or missing, tell me.

The company

DetailersEye is a trading name of Veltro Labs Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 17512136), based in Bedford. Customer card payments are handled by Stripe and go to each detailer's own Stripe account. DetailersEye takes no cut of your bookings.
